Kwik Fit is a car servicing and repair company based in the UK with specialisms in tyres, breaks, exhausts, MOT testing, car servicing, air conditioning recharges and oil changes. 

The company now has over 600 centres across the UK and has the largest network of fast-fit centres in the country. You’re never too far from your nearest Kwik Fit centre, and their digital presence helps you find them!

The Brief:

As a client, Kwik Fit were looking to use digital marketing to help grow their business across core services areas such as Tyres, Servicing and MOTs. Their main objective when using our services was to generate a good return on investment.

The brief extended across a wide digital marketing strategy, encompassing cross-platform campaigns and individual optimisations.

The Approach:

As an agency, we deployed a holistic search strategy, ensuring that we worked on different digital areas at the right times for the client based on seasonality and optimisation opportunities.

We began by auditing the client’s sites and paid advertising accounts for performance and tracking consistency, then conducting external research to make predictions for what was likely to occur throughout the year. This information was used to help us work backwards and look at what should be done for both SEO and PPC to be in stronger positions when the peaks came in.

The work conducted has been a giant mixture of services such as; PPC testing and management, support with flash sales, functional content creation, blog posting, outreach planning and implementation, Facebook testing and management and so much more. All of this to help achieve the overall KPIs for each for the clients’ service area ROIs.

When we began working with Kwik Fit, Covid-19 had just hit the country meaning we had to be super reactive and agile to the changing landscape with things like lockdowns coming into place, affecting the likes of MOT extensions.
